Ingésciences invites you to participate in a unique experience, which aims to assess your feeling during vaping. It consists of vaping at different powers and then comparing your impressions based on several criteria.

Duration : 10-15 min

Please note that this experience is not compatible with the use of single power devices and constructible ones.

The results of this experiment are anonymous and will be used to study the variations of how a consumer feels depending on the power applied. This data could potentially be used for scientific publications.
The experience starts now!
Before you start, make sure your wick is sufficiently soaked with liquid.

Step 1: To begin based on your hardware manufacturer's recommendations and your own user experience, start the test with a low wattage (the one with which you feel the e-liquid is not vaporizing). Rate how you feel based on the feeling scale available below.

Step 2: Increase the power of your equipment by 2W and rate how you feel again.

Step 3: Continue the experiment by increasing the power by two W each time and describe your perception as you go with a score of 1 to 5 depending on the scale of the feeling. Take a break regularly between each puff, especially if you are vaping with nicotine to avoid overexposure. Vape until it seems impossible to you, then stop the experience.

The scale of feeling

FLAVOR:
Flavor refers to both olfactory and taste sensations perceived during vaping.
1. 1. You do not perceive a specific flavor
2. 2. You perceive a flavor but little compared to your consumption habits
3. 3. You fully perceive the e-liquid flavors
4. 4. You perceive the e-liquid flavors but other flavors have been added
5. 5. You perceive a burnt flavor
VAPOR DENSITY:
1. 1. You do not feel like you have vapor in your mouth
2. 2. You slightly feel vapor
3. 3. You vaporize comfortably
4. 4. You feel too much vapor
5. 5. The vapor becomes suffocating
VAPOR TEMPERATURE:
1. 1. The vapor is at room temperature
2. 2. The vapor is slightly hotter than air
3. 3. The vapor is lukewarm
4. 4. The vapor is hot
5. 5. The vapor is too hot
THE HIT (only if you are vaping with nicotine):
1. 1. You do not perceive a HIT
